Organizer checklist

Check off each item as the school or PTO completes it.

School name, mascot, colors, wording, and date are approved. Garment, available colors, and size range are confirmed. Quote and applicable minimum order are confirmed. Parent form details, price, deadline, and payment method are final. Every returned form is entered and matched to a payment record. Staff, volunteer, and extra shirt quantities are included. Final size, color, quantity, and payment totals are reconciled. Production timing and pickup or delivery plan are confirmed.
