How much is shipping?

Our shipping costs vary depending on the selected shipping service at checkout, ordered item weight, and shipping distance. We charge an additional $2 service fee for all shipments.

What if I need to change my address after ordering?

Contact us ASAP at support@rolledupprinting.com, or by using our contact us page. Please include your order number and new address. If your order is shipped before we see your request, we are not responsible for replacement of your ordered items.

When will I receive my order?

Transit time will depend on which shipping service is selected at checkout. Please note, turnaround time does NOT include shipping time. Rolled Up Printing is NOT responsible for shipping carriers delivering packages later than expected. You are responsible for understanding the shipping service selected at checkout.

Can you ship internationally?

We only ship within the continental US.

What can I do if my shipment gets lost?

If your order hasn't been delivered after 7 days of receiving a shipping notification, please contact us.
