Frequently Asked Questions
What is DTF printing?
DTF stands for Direct-to-Film. We print your artwork onto specialized transfer film, apply adhesive powder, cure it, and send it ready to press onto compatible fabrics.
What’s a DTF gang sheet?
A DTF gang sheet places multiple designs, logos, or repeated images on one sheet of transfer film. Arranging artwork closely helps reduce the cost per transfer.
How fast will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. Local pickup is available in Joplin, Missouri, and Rogers, Arkansas. Check our current turnaround times before ordering because rush periods can affect production.
Can I order just one transfer?
Yes. There is no minimum order. You can order one DTF transfer by size or build a full gang sheet.
How do I upload my artwork?
Use our DTF Gang Sheet Builder to arrange individual designs, or upload a completed gang sheet. For best results, submit transparent artwork at 300 DPI.
Do you offer any discounts or rewards?
Current discounts and referral rewards are listed in our Rewards Program. Offer terms and availability can change, so review the current details before ordering.
Can I use DTF transfers on any fabric?
DTF transfers work on cotton, polyester, blends, fleece, canvas, wood, and nearly any hard surface as long as the material can withstand 320°F and heat-press pressure without melting, warping, or being damaged. Always test one transfer first. For smooth hard surfaces when you prefer a no-heat application, use UV DTF transfers.
How do I apply DTF transfers?
Always test one transfer first. Set your heat press to 320°F and press for 10-13 seconds using medium pressure. Peel the film immediately while hot. If the film resists or does not release cleanly, wait about 10 seconds and try peeling again. Results can vary by material and heat press.
How long do DTF transfers last?
Durability depends on correct application, the garment, and aftercare. For longer-lasting results, wash the garment inside out in cool water, use mild detergent, avoid bleach and fabric softener, and tumble dry low or hang dry.
Do you make stickers?
Yes. We offer custom roll labels and UV DTF decals for branding, packaging, drinkware, and other compatible hard surfaces.
Do you offer design help or resizing?
Yes. If your artwork needs cleanup, resizing, or preparation, add our Fix My Artwork service and our team will contact you about the file.
