Turnaround Times 
ALWAYS check the red text above for the current turnaround time (TAT), as it varies based on current order volume.

Standard turnaround time is 1-3 business days for DTF products and 7-10 days for custom print products, beginning the first business day after you order.

Turnaround time does NOT include shipping time. We must have printable files in order to start your turnaround time. If we encounter any issues with your order or files, turnaround time will start over.  Business days do not include federal holidays or weekends. 

During high-traffic periods such as sales and holidays, turnaround time may temporarily increase. Pease feel free to reach out to our support team to receive a more accurate estimate for your job.

BULK Orders
Please note that bulk DTF orders totaling 1,000 inches or more will require an additional 2–3 business days beyond our standard 1–3 business day turnaround time, totaling 3-6 days, depending on the total amount of inches ordered.

Any file issues requiring correction or approval may further extend turnaround time until the issue has been resolved.

Protect My Investment file review upgrade:  If this service is added and the file is flagged with issues, this will increase the TAT until the issue is resolved.  The TAT mentioned above does not start for these orders until the file has been given final approval by the customer.
